We are honored to introduce Dr. Mildred D. Muhammad, D.Hum as a distinguished voice within the Paint the City Purple Campaign™ Global Initiative. As an Award-Winning Global Keynote Speaker and Domestic Abuse Survivor, Dr. Muhammad brings a profound, lived experience that continues to ignite awareness, healing, and transformation around the world.
Dr. Muhammad is the former wife of the D.C. sniper and has courageously turned her painful past into a powerful platform for advocacy. She is a Certified Consultant for the U.S. Department of Justice, Office for Victims of Crime, and a recognized Speaker for the U.S. Department of State, where she provides expert insight on trauma recovery, survivor support, and public safety.
With an Honorary Doctorate of Humanities, she holds numerous accolades including:

My Experience: Master Life Coach, Lifestyle Consultant and Philanthropist behind Alejaibra’s House Works (formerly The Madison House) International Love Movement anchored in Historic Anacostia, District of Columbia and Osogbo Osun State Nigeria. With over 22 years of experience.
He’s a genuine Bábà lawo, Shaman, Motivational Speaker, Artist, Breathologist, Master Life Coach, Storyteller, Human.

Stacie King: Administrative Assistant for Portia Shipman Enterprises LLC and the Women Empowering Women Facilitator for PTCP
Stacie King is a passionate advocate for women’s rights and a dynamic leader in the non-profit sector. Her unwavering commitment to transforming the lives of women and children affected by domestic violence is the driving force behind her organization, Life Renewed Corp. Through her leadership, she is dedicated to providing survivors with the resources, support, and opportunities needed to reclaim their independence and rebuild their lives.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and over 15 years of leadership experience, Stacie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Founder/CEO of Life Renewed Corp. She has a proven ability to lead teams, develop impactful programs, and drive organizational success—all while ensuring that the survivors she serves receive compassionate and comprehensive support.
Piedmont Triad, where she plans to open a domestic violence shelter. This facility will offer emergency shelter, legal advocacy, counseling, and job training, equipping survivors with the tools to rebuild their lives with dignity and confidence. Additionally, she is deeply committed to women’s leadership and empowerment, believing that every woman possesses the potential to be strong, innovative, and successful in her own right.

Stacie’s dedication to eradicating gender-based violence and her extensive experience in community outreach and advocacy make her an invaluable asset to the Paint the City Purple (PTCP) Campaign. Through her leadership, Life Renewed Corp has built strong partnerships with organizations such as Junior Achievements of Triad, Greater NC Black Chamber of Greensboro, SynerG, City Help of High Point, and PTCP itself. Her ability to mobilize resources, engage communities, and drive impactful initiatives will strengthen PTCP’s mission to raise awareness and support survivors on a global scale.
Her background in nonprofit leadership, strategic partnerships, and survivor advocacy aligns seamlessly with PTCP’s goal of creating safe spaces, breaking cycles of violence, and empowering individuals to thrive beyond abuse. By joining forces with PTCP, Stacie will play a pivotal role in expanding outreach efforts, amplifying survivor voices, and fostering a network of support for those in need.

Meet Jeronime Obwar: A Global Youth Advocate for SRHR and GBV Prevention
Jeronime Obwar is a dedicated grassroots activist and policy advocate focused on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), gender-based violence (GBV) prevention, and youth empowerment. Through her initiative YESAM, she has transformed the lives of over 12,000 girls and 1,500 women by addressing period poverty, early teen pregnancies, child marriages, and sexual exploitation in Kisumu’s informal settlements. Her work extends to policy advocacy, budget tracking, and influencing healthcare reforms to make reproductive health services accessible at the community level.
A Vital Asset to PTCP’s Global Mission
Jeronime’s experience in policy engagement, grassroots mobilization, and youth-led advocacy makes her an invaluable asset to the Paint the City Purple (PTCP) Global Campaign. Her expertise in holding policymakers accountable, leveraging social media for advocacy, and engaging journalists on SRHR and GBV issues will strengthen PTCP’s global outreach.
As a Vice Chair of the Commonwealth Youth Peace Ambassadors Network (CYPAN) and a Youth Co-Chair of Act Alliance Youth COP Kenya Forum, she brings international credibility, strategic leadership, and facilitation skills to PTCP. Her ability to moderate global conversations, organize youth summits, and influence policy change aligns perfectly with PTCP’s mission of raising awareness, driving systemic change, and ensuring survivors receive the support they deserve.
